*The monthly fee is billed separately on a monthly basis and covers costs associated with hosting the store, monitoring product inventory with our providers, sales reports, net profit disbursements, and processing personalized items. 

What are customer personalized items?
The items allow the customer to add their own gamertag or logo to certain items. Customers may also like to add their gamertag and number on jerseys.
What do the different mockup types mean?
Basic mockups show just the item with no model or environments pictured. Enhanced mockups give a 3D view of the product on models. Context mockups show products in settings with everyday backgrounds and with models.
What are seasonal drops?
Maybe you want a special t-shirt at the holidays? Some packages allow for seasonal designs and product offerings.
Do you collect sales tax on sales?
We are responsible for calculating and collecting sales tax on items sold in stores and shops we host on nexusgaming.gg and our Shopify account. If we build the store for you on your own hosted website and with your own Shopify account, you are responsible for calculating and collecting sales tax. You are responsible for any business or personal taxes incurred as a result of the net profits from sales. If certain requirements are met, we will provide you with the necessary tax documents.
