Do you provide a custom design or pre-made template?
Depending on your needs, we will either build a fully-custom design or utilize existing themes. In general, fully-custom designs may take a little more time to deploy.
Will my site be mobile-friendly?
All sites will make use of the industry standard responsive design to adjust to any size screen.
Can you help with domain and hosting setup?
We are happy to offer domain and site hosting in each of our paid packages. But, if you have your own already, we're happy to build on your existing host as long as it is a WordPress compatible host.
Will I be able to update my site myself?
Yes! We build all of our sites on WordPress, allowing you to update content easily with no coding knowledge required.
Do you provide e-commerce solutions?
We build our sites to be WooCommerce compatible. If you're looking to start a merch store on your site, check out our merch hosting service.
Do you offer post-launch support?
Absolutely! We know things can break sometimes, so all packages include support and solutions for basic issues (e.g., broken links, image loading, menus). The number of revisions or critical error solutions vary across the packages.
